| i got a YT account, and uploaded a video, but for some reason it won’t show up in any searches, and it doesn’t have a still image for the front. it just has that grayish video-camera and clock icon thing. could anyone help me out? |

| I know the answer for the second question...basically, just wait a while, and it’ll upload an image from the video for the thumbnail. As for searches, I dunno. After I uploaded a video to YouTube, I was able to find it with Google Video, but not with YouTube’s search. |

Just like it takes a while to load an image, it takes a while to get on the search pages.
Same thing happened with me and my AMVs.
You also have 3 options for the screenshot of your video, once it starts showing one... |

| i can see the three options, but the option i select isn’t showing on the clip. oh well, the video works! (but i’m not entirely sure that’s a good thing...) |
