Ignoring all the "right" answers, which are duh anyways, I’d have to say I’m not sure. Probably the laptop, but there’s a lot of stuff I’d like to save. Like one of my wolf statues.

Seriously, though.
Ignoring the wise-guy fire extinguisher answer and all the obvious answers (family, pet, etc) I’d madly scramble around until I found my jumpdrive which has years of hard work on my novel(s) saved on it. And hope that I find the thing before it melts.
