history, because I know a lot, but seriuosly, who reads books on math or spelling? History can be interesting, and since I am in freakin washington D.C. I see a ton of historical stuff every day...I mean I have school in the attic of the jefferson building of the library of congress!.
but yeah history is my big favorite, and I think it is a lot more relevant to life than say how to spell, or how to do derivitives or something...yeah

X+3=8-2

Technically you should solve like this.

X + 3 = 6
X + 3 -3 = 6 -3
X = 3

QED.

Try this one.

x^2 + 6x +4 = -5

Personally, I enjoy all four. Math is fun, as I move into advanced algebra, Spelling is easy, Science is enjoyable but History, History is my favorite.
My favorite period of history is World War II. My grandfather fought aboard
CVL-22 USS Independence at Tarawa, Eniwetok, Peleliu, the Philippines, Okinawa, the Battle of Leyte gulf and shot down three aircraft at Rabaul.

Forgive my ignorance, but would that be an aircraft carrier, battleship, or what? (or, to the real point of my question. was he flying a fighter off a carrier, or manning a turret?)

I have a friend whose grandfather fought in the Pacific Theater and got a katana off a dead Japanese officer.

It was an aircraft carrier, and he manned one the Bofors anti-air guns.

I am genuinely surprised that no one else picked recess. That was a fun subject.

Yeah, ’cause NB doesn’t know how to do this: x²

Never kid about politicians. The more bizarre the joke, the more likely it is to come true.
