I’m in love with this game. You choose either marine or kharaa (most of the time it’s chosen for you... because you can’t make teams unbalanced etc  ) and you play 1 of 2 ways.
1) Classic Mode - You need to build resource collectors so your commander (if you’re rine) or each individual alien (if you’re kharaa) will gain resources so they can upgrade their equipment/strain of alien/etc.
1) Combat Mode - Points are rewarded to the indivual for kills and damaging opposing buildings. These are used to upgrade the individual.
The point of the Aliens are to kill all the marines and their chair (where the commander sits) and the point of the marines is to kill all aliens and their hive.
If the time limit runs out (combat mode only, if I remember correctly) and the alien hive is still standing, the aliens win.
It’s a pretty sweet game. You should try it out if you have HL (the original, not 2). 
If you want to play with other friends of mine, you can goto http://hamachi.com and download/install it. Then for the server info use:
USERNAME: warboards
PASSWORD: warboards1
I believe they’re planning on a gamenight tonight at 7. I won’t be there ( I can play til around 6ish, then I have other planss) but they’re cool, so they won’t mind you tagging along.

And how many people do you think have HL2 on here? Seriously syndrome, think about the average age of a CC member... 
and lol @ "--&&syndromeout;;--" since I’m probably the only other one who gets that.... |

| Ach! Sadly, I only have HL2 on my tower PC, not my laptop, which is what I use when I’m at my girlfriend’s house. I’ll check it out next week when I’m at home! |
