| Ahh, yes. The Easter Bunny. This is probably just an urban legend/myth, but I’ve heard that the bunnies and eggs hearken back to the symbols of fertility generally found in springtime rituals of the "pagan peoples", possibly as far back as the Babylonians and Ishtar the goddes of fertility. |
