Actually i know him personally and he i really nice.
He didn’t really get yelled at... he just got asked why he gave such a low rating, gave no good reason, and got scolded a bit by several members.  |

There’s a 1 on the rating scale for a reason. Nothing wrong with giving an article a 1, if the article deserved it.
1- Terrible
2- Bad
3- Decent
4- Good
5- Outstanding
I’ve only given one 5 so far, and that was to AP.
