| is ADIDAS an acronyme? what is it an acronyme for? I have asked about4 people and they don’t know. Can someone enlighten me. |

That’s ironic. Who could guess that a mere sixty years later the German ADIDAS would help drive the late, great RUN DMC to stellar heights on the rap (and pop) charts with "My ADIDAS?"
