Hey,
There are several things that people might like to know, regarding the Elite. Here they are!
Elf Lvr’s Application
Elf Lvr recently applied for the Elite. Voting was not unanimous, so we decided to have a 30-day probation. He was required to leave the CCC (we don’t want any spies!  ), but he is not officially a member of the Elite yet. After 30 days, the Elite will vote again, and the decision will be posted publicly. During the 30 day trial period, Elf Lvr will be included in the Elite projects.
New Ranking System
The Elite will now be ranking in Roman terms.
tOO and myself are Consuls - we both have the power to make decisions regarding the Elite, although either one of us can veto the other’s decisions. In cases where only one leader can be used (e.g. managing the member list, once we become a CC group), tOO will be recognized as leader.
The rest of the Elite will be ranked other Roman terms, although specific details have not been decided.
Elite Goals
Here is the current list of Elite goals:
1) Award GP more often for achievements, such as winning a DC contest or the Strategy Article contest.
2) Make DC sets and have DC contests.
3) Write innovative deck designs, and review the other decks.
4) Write cool articles, and review the other articles.
5) Do nifty trades with each other.
6) Scout the forums monthly, and let Cobra know what the Elite Analysis is.
7) Welcome newcomers to the forums. ***NEW***
Elite Projects
An Elite Return of the King Deck Design was posted in the Deck Clinic. Please check it out!
A DC set, made by members of the Elite, will be posted for the general public soon. More details will follow.

EL a spie? first off what could he tell us we don’t already know?
we know your goals and member’s.(i guess he could tell us your projects...) and I am trying to keep the rivalry friendly.
oh ya know we could work together on some fo your goals (IE 1,2,3,4, and maybe 5)
i mean we are doing this for the good of CC and things would go quicker with more people. |

Lot’s of stuff. 
It’s not that we think EL would be a spy... it’s more of just a precaution.

| The entire community can work together on some things (like the Allies of the North DC set). The Elite just do some of these things on their own as well, creating projects that are even better than some projects open to the public. |

Will these projects be something that other members can participate in or will they be things that will be finished before they are posted on CC?
I will see if i can get the Consul (or Council we still don’t have an official spelling  ) to do some projects. but since we just lost another member that could be hard. |

| The projects will be already completed, although other members can feel free to review them, and changes to the project will be made if needed. |
