CobraCards shut down Naruto and Vs here. I for one think this is a good idea. Naruto strategy article contest was getting spammed by a bunch of writers who wrote non-articles for a shot at $50. And with Vs, nobody really even posted.
But discontinuing the products as well? Wow. I guess those games are dying.

I think EL will have much less argument about posting his Naruto DCs in the LOTR forums. |

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

Apparently Cobra wasn’t making enough profit from Naruto and Vs. to keep them up an running. |
| I had to put something here. |

I doubt the games are declining, just that there weren’t that many players to begin with, or not enough tourney-types to buy singles cards. Maybe word just never got out that well. I don’t know.
But yeah, it’s probably a good idea to get rid of them, at this point. I just hope that Cobra as a whole never goes under. Even after Decipher drops LotR, a bunch of us will still be playing, right? |

| The biggest problem, most likely, was the lack of a new player base to come into CobraCards. The players are out there, they’re just not coming in here. |
