| So, is this a good game? has anyone played it? What are your thoughts on it, so far? I think it looks cool, but I don’t think it’ll live up to AoEII, my beloved one! BfM-E II, though, looks sweet, and with an Expansion named "Rise of the Witch-king", well, what’s not to love, right? |

| I have played it and it is cool. AoEII beats it dead though. |

I’ve only played Battle for Middle Earth I, and from what I’ve experienced, it’s a great game. Might get somewhat repetitive, but it should hold your interest for at least a couple weeks to a month. |

BFME I has an AMAZING campaign, but skirmish and online game play is terrible in comparison.
BFME II has a rubbish campaign, but it’s skirmish and online game play is UNBELIEVABLE - seriously one of the best RTS’s on the market, and they’re both so much better than any ’Age of’ game.
PLAY IT NOW!!

BFME is based on the C&C engine, so no, it isn’t at all like AoEII.
