You are the president, I will inform you of your dutys and rules.
YOU make all the club disscussion threads
YOU get 2 votes one any disscusion.
YOU may not veto
YOU may be impeached if you become unpopular 66 percent vote required from members.
You may kick off members if they become annoying and/or unloyal.
You are responsible for the actions of the members in the club meetings.
Here’s how it will go, CG gets to elect a vice president from any of the members, the vice president takes the job of president while the president is away. We will have a club meeting where if you can make it, we will have everyone on at the same time to discuss the "bill". First thing on the agenda, what shall the name of this club be. The meeting will be 11:00 monday. Please tell me any thoughts or conserns. |

That’s okay, I would be suprised if everyone made it here every time we have a meeting, there will be a bi-weekly meeting, I was planing on mondays at 11:00 A.M. and thursdays at 4:00 I might have to change the times, If the president can’t make it then the vice president takes his place, and if the vice president and the president can’t make it then the founder will take over, If none of the above can’t make it, then do without us. |
