Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. Razz

How can boxes come unorganized Think

Unless you are sorting by card number, I don’t see how cards sorted by culture in a box can be so hard to keep organized.

I don’t think it’s a matter of being organized as much as it is simple. When you have a binder, they are all right in front of you and you can flip through to see everything. If you have a box, the person you are trading with has to know what they want (some people in my area like building and adding to their highlander deck so they like to look through random rares to see if there is anything useful). Boxes, to me, is just a sign to not trade with them because I don’t want to go through the trouble. There are lots of different cards I could be interested in and I will only be able to see the owner’s true trade potential if I can skim through all of his good cards.

If we are talking about organizing a collection of cards that you use to build decks, then Boxes are generally the way to go for large collections. Binders might be better for small collections until they reach a critical mass and it is just too hard/dangerous to flip through looking for cards. If we are talking about trade fodder, then Binders are the way to go for the reasons physcosick mentioned.

I actually have a hybrid style.

Single set of each set in binders organized by blocks. This allows me to look through, find cards that might be useful in a deck and keeps the sets looking nice. I also have trade binders for my foils and rares that I don’t want.

For the cards that I put in decks, they are in 5000 count boxes organized by set and by card number. That way when I find the card I want in the binder, I know exactly where to look in my boxes to find it.

again the reason I use binders is because I barely have any cards(compared to you guys) aside from my 5 decks.
