Hehe...now what about that AFC Championship? One of the best comebacks I’ve seen. Period.
I’m rooting for the Colts this time. |

Looks like Peyton redeemed himself, at least for the moment.

I’m rooting for the Colts this time. Best comebacks? The patriots self destructed. It was the most rediculous thing I had ever seen in my life.
I’m just waiting for the game winning field goal for the colts, and Vinateri blows it!
Last week they asked manning what his plans were for the super bowl and he said that every year him and his team meet up at someone’s house and have a big party and watch the game. Shows how confidant he was. Which makes me believe he doesnt play to win, he plays to have an annual social gathering because he is too lame and boring to be social in any other situation. Seriosuly though, it would be real annoying hanging out with him, cause youll have your plans for the day, and he’ll spend hours calling audibles and switching things up. The whole day was ruined!
And I am severely dissapointed in Brady, as well... even though I seriously dislike the Pats too. But whatever, the owners of the NFL finally got what they wanted, Colts vs Pats in the championship. This time it actually worked, you’d think it woould work every year because of the "lucky", easy schedules both teams have near the end of the year. That way there is a smaller risk of injuries, etc. If u want proof go look. I checked the colts’ schedule and i am right. I checked the last 3 seasons of the Pats and I am right. But for some reason I couldnt find the past seasons on the colt’s page. I have one friend who told me about this, so i checked it out and it is confirmed by observation, and I even told another friend who is on the manning ban wagon and even he agreed with me. I mean, they wanted it last year, they even sold tickets to the game weeks before, they even bought the refs to be biased and make bad calls but even that did stop the STELLERS, wootwoot. I’m not even kidding about that, a friend read an article about it because the nfl came out and admitted to it and then he told me as soon as he read it which was a few weeks after the superbowl.
I would say something about the rule changes in order to benefit the pats and/or colts but I’m not exactly the best one to discuss it but i will be back after talking to a few people and I will come bak with better facts. |

I await Physcosicks facts. sounds interesting.. Thanks for spelling my name right.
Anyways, I didn’t get as much info as i truelly wanted but pretty much here it goes
Schedules:
If you look at the schedules, the end of the year was rediculously easy for both the Colts and the Pats. If you look back through the years on the pats website, you will see confirmation of this. The benefit of this is that they can rest and protect their star players from injuries. Now you play against the same teams in devisions but they seem to somehow get all the easy ones in the end where as other teams have to play against hard football teams in the end making it harded for them to actually compete to their full potential in the playoffs.
Look at last year’s Steelers Run to the playoffs. They had to win like... atleast 6 games straight. And all of the teams were hard. They were piled up at the end but they suddenyl became really good when the time mattered and they won. They had to play all these hard teams at the end while other teams like the pats get to play easy teams.
Rules
At this time, everyone had jumped on the palamalu ban wagon which i was on before it even started... mainly because i liked his hair and last name... but anyways.... the old commisioner made new rules against CB and Safeties. First, he made the rule that you are not allowed to touch the WR after the first 5 yards which hurts people like Ed Reed and Palamalu, physical players, but other people, specifically Champ Bailey, remain good. If you look at stats you will recognize that amazing talent like reed and palamalu seem to be geeting worse but in fact they are still amazing, they just aren’t allowed to play their style anymore so they can’t perform on par. But champ has a different style which isn’t hurt by the rule changes.
Another rule was tackling by the collar which I had seen Palamalu do on many occasions. It was obviously a rule strictly against his actions and rough styles.
I was also told that they changed the facemask rule to anything above the letters but I’m not sure what he meant by it...
Free Angents
"alot of times they give the defensive or the MVP award to a player who is about to be a contract player or has an expiring contract thus making him cost more"
This hurts teams with good players who do not have a large market or good finances. So because the NFL is a bussiness, obviously they want to give benefits to the teams that can bring in more revenue, not to mention any personal favorites they may or may not have.
Steelers vs. COlts
I specifically remember him saying that the refs were bought out because the NFL wanted to see Colts vs. Pats in the AFC championship. While watching the game, I remember getting very angry at a lot of really bad calls that were made, too. However, upon asking him he states that he doesn’t remember and it doesnt sound like something he would say. Then he went on to say how bad the steelers were and how they’re run was a fluke... so I think he was just saying that so I couldnt have any morale. He also said, in refrence to the rigging, that it sounded too crazy for him, but if he did say it, and it turned out to be true, then koodos to him for being the ****. To crazy for him? HAHAHA this is the same guy who does research with a friend on government conspiracies. He believes that in 100 years a super power like the UN will rule the earth like dictatorship and we will all be in prisons.... to crazy for him my ***
Point? The NFL loves the Colts and Pats and try their hardest, without making it obvious (to most people), to make them successful. And this is why i despise both teams. |
