Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

Well, when the gp system was first introduced, as far as I remember, Cobra himself said we could organize DC contests with fees and prizes. Also, the gp system has been kinda dead, so I’m trying to revive it (and I believe most of the Contestants will earn a nice chunk of it, not on "gimme 1 and I’ll give you 1" basis, and for no reason). Also, this could be a nice way to show Cobra that having "donate" as a feature would be cool. Last, but not least, organizing a Contest like that takes some work, as do organizing the cards, posting analysis, grading, etc. And, ondoing that, we all learn something about the game, and creating DCs (who knows, when you guys decide to get crazy, we may see some things we’ve never expected to!), so, I think it DOES fit in the "useful" post quality. And that’s why I award gp for good cards, winners, and etc, cause those are all useful posts also.
Did I make it more clear now?
Hum... Perhaps I should copy/paste this on the contest thread... |
