The 30 Hour Famine is run by a Christian organization called World Vision. You raise money for kids starving in Africa and such ($1 USD feeds a kid for one day), and then we go without food for 30 hours to experience starvation. I did it last year, and it’s pretty cool. Except for the gnawing hunger.  |
