Alright, makes sense to me. But most people would still round to the nearest number when voting, not round down. Probably the source of the confusion after you said it was "level 5."
Shame to ruin the unanimity, though. Even if it is beating my article into the ground.... |

Sorry you’re so mad at me Legoles. But frankly, the reason it was getting a perfect score was because of the subject written on and not the writing. Both are important, and although AC’s writing is exceptional, it pales in comparison to F_M.
Although I must admit, the subject at hand was better than F_M’s. But I tend to focus on writing skill as much as or more than subject matter.
And I usually round to the nearest number, but with this article, I just couldn’t let it beat F_M’s. |

Stop the arguing please.
Decision has been made and there is nothing that can now be done.
Any arguement should be continued in the Members Lounge.
Congratulations on the highest score this year AC! |

Wow... I can just bow to NBarden’s comments , I’ve earned some compliments before, but... wow. Thanks a lot for you kind words! Too bad I quit writing LotR’s articles for MTG ones, and almost no one drops by that area anyway...
And AC, I stillloved this article very much, I just wish you’d waite, say, one month to post it, because with an in-depth match-up analysis (meaning, you’dhave to actually assemble it and play with it a little at least), this article woul’ve been KILLER! Right now, it DOES lookd awesome, but westill don’t know if it’s enough to hold, after all, a lot of awesome/broken cards came out on T & D. But still, kudos!
And, in all fairness, I still think this combo is sweet, but the very best combo I’ve ever seen put into a decklist was fruitloops, by maxidoodle. Sorry, but you can’t top THAT with any combo. |

Thanks again for the votes, and I had a feeling that NBarden would give me a 4 (that’s just the type of thing he likes to do, and he’s never ever given me a 5 for anything ). It’s okay though, because I don’t mind having the 2nd highest rated article in CC history (plus the only one to get 19 straight 5s).

NBarden wrote: Why? Its a 5-level article, and its not like he needs a 5 to win the contest.
F_M has the BEST article in CC history, and thus he shouldn’t be beaten by the number 2 article in CC history.

Wait so your vote on an article so it doesn’t pass an article you like more, even though it deserves a five?
So you just want FM’s record to be timeless, never broken?
What a F****** stupid reason. That is like the worst reason ever, giving an article less then it deserves when you know it deserves it, that is just plain stupid.
Anyway, I was wondering AC, could you maybe show a slimmer version, just because this deck would be a little expensive to build and kinda unwieldy to play with..I mean your support area would be huge
SO basically if you could maybe show how to make a more basic version that still works.. if you do
Just a thought. |

Jord’s right; the discussion over it is pointless now. The reasoning on both sides seems pretty clear, even if you think one side or the other is crazy. If people want to keep after it, it should probably be done in the Member’s Lounge. |

Ok, head to head battle F_M and AC.
come on and stop the bickering, it is done.
AC still holds the record on this article, and FM holds a record too.
good job AC, i love the way the article flows you kept it interesting all the way through, and the deck list is amazing.
