Yeah, I was hooked up to one of those a couple of years ago myself. Not for dental reasons, though, it was just after an emergency surgery.
I thought that I was doing pretty good, waiting a very long time until the pain was unbearable before clicking the button. My husband later informed me that I tried to click the button every 2 seconds for about 3 hours.
EL, I wish that I could help you, but I’m scared of the dentist too! |

Okay, well, it’s done. And I feel fine (thanks to the painkillers). A bit sore, but still... And they don’t seem to have wreaked havoc with my mind, either.
For some reason, though, the happy gas didn’t affect me at all.
Maybe I’m permanently high...
But I couldn’t feel my face for hours. It was kinda cool. |

| Ouch, had mine out last year. If your experience is anything like mine expect to be drowned in soup for the next week or so. |

Are you kidding!? I LOVED it when my wisdoms got pulled!
I happen to get a rush from the ’going under’ part of an operation and I’m thrilled to be operated on at any chance. I call it time traveling, because before you know it you’ve shot forward an hour or two.
And the best part is, whenever I do come out of anesthesia, I have a horrible habbit of sneaking out of the room I’m in and wandering off. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve told doctors beforehand to keep people watching over me at all times, because I’ve actually gotten lost before.
But yeah, getting wisdoms removed ain’t that bad. The painkillers make you feel like you’re on a rollercoaster of euphoria. It rocks. |

When I came to Abraham I let him live just a moment longer. When I came to Moses I saved his life more than once. But the salmon... I regret to say I had a hand in its death.

...weirdo! Hahaha, just kidding. I remember having the laughing gas that knocks you out when I was 15. I don’t remember much after, except that I could barely walk and ended up barfing up in a taxi on the way home |
