I’ve been watching clips of 300 on YouTube. It does look fantastic! I want to see it, but the DVD doesn’t come out for a while yet.  |

| the great thing is that the tough one-liners weren’t made up by the movie-makers, but by the ancient writer! It was the battle of Thermoplyea, written by Herodotus (don’t know his english name) and he came up with oneliners such as: then we’ll fight in the shadow! As an answer to a Persian who said that the sky would be darkened by the arrows...sooooo coool |
