Civilian arrests are not allowed.
And a civilian already arrested him...if you were paying attention.
But, all citizens who make an arrest are hereby under arrest for obstruction of justice, and are banned from posting on this thread, except under circumstances monitored by a me personally or a moderator.
However, Congress shall make no retroactive law, so its from here on out. GT doesn’t count. |
