I believe it is a cipher. I will look into it and report back.

Ok guys (and gal) here is what I have incognito said 8-1-2007 is important.
check this out. use it as part of the cipher.
8-1-20-07 :this is what you get
ROTK
(after that I used it as the key to the cipher these are the leters I got)
Aiev (rearange that and you get AVIE short for Avatar, possibly a ROTK Avatar bearer?)
The second thing I got was this
EGEZ
NEOR
ZCIW (CWIZ, quiz mabye?) |
