Ok Incognito, if you are who I think you are here is a riddle for you using your same style of clue, but I will not give you the keyword for it is a riddle as well . Each star represents a letter in the Keyword.
The keyword is **********. The clue(s) for the Keyword is: Ulaire Toldea, Eight of the Nine Riders; Ulaire Nelya, Third of the Nine Riders; Ulaire Cantea, Fourth of the Nine Riders; and Ulaire Nertea, Ninth of the Nine Riders.
Once that is solved use that keyword to solve this cipher:

While the cops decipher NappyKorn’s guess I have a dropped a clue to my
next, victim or victims to be precise. The clue reveals the name of one victim; but not the other. Solve this riddle and you have saved a plainly-mentioned friend, and somebody else. If it is not solved however, you have
condemed two friends to death. Here is the clue to my victim:
Beornings the proud shape-shifters, Orodruin of forest sheperds of trees,
