ok, not saying that "thecode" is not significant, but look at this:

heheh. i had to assume the two middle words were "TO THE" and then the only thing that really fit for the first was "DEATH" and for the last word it leaves

the last two letters of the first part are the same. so boss-man came to mind. maybe there is something else though. |

NK showed me a keyword cipher code, and the same thing came out. I didn’t wanna say anything because I’m not a cop, and am dead.  If you type in the message and the keyword is thecode, then it comes out like that.

Alright!!!! the deciphered riddle is: DEATH TO THE BOSS-MAN! as i predicted. now we need to figure out who that refers to. i guessed Cobra and M_H before as they are the administrator-type people. so i’ll place both of them under protection. any other ideas?

Not much to tell about how I was foiled in my previous attempt. But for posterity’s sake, I will tell the tale of the day they almost captured Incognito.
I crept up near the house of my victim. He had just recently taken over the CobraCards forum, I was determined to strike fear into the hearts of ALL the residents of CobraCards, and send them a message that none were safe from an assassin such as me.
As forum administrator, I deduced he would be sitting on his computer. Pulling out my laptop, I quickly connected to his Wi-Fi network and broke through the firewall to his computer, and began downloading a virus so nasty, that it would freeze the fans and force all other systems to run so fast, the computer would actually detonate in a tremendous explosion that would pulverize anyone within a 10 yard radius.
However, the cops were one step ahead of me. As soon as the firewall was breached, searchlights went off all over the yard and the police began closing in. Yanking out a fully loaded AK-47, I began shooting out all the searchlights and left in full retreat, spraying bullets as I went. But it was then that I made my crucial mistake. For in my hurry, I had not time to grab my computer, and failed to blast it to billions of pieces before the cops closed in. However, I had prepared for such an emergency, and everything on my computer was encrypted.
In their searches, they stumbled across several codes.

The victim was Merrick_Hale. He was placed under protection and my assassination plot foiled.
The clue to my identity is encrypted in the messages, and the code to solving the encryptions is also present and obvious. Until we meet again.
