I know im not a cop so sorry for posting but how can u "protect" urself? Surely someone else has to do that?

And l3333 has 4 3’s not 3.

What? Its very simple. l3333 has four threes in his name not three threes. Can you not follow that?

Just because he has a three in it doesnt mean thats where the clue is heading. TheHobbit13 has a three in it. What about the rest of it. What have 3 strands being broken got to do with legolas?
