At the headquarters of the task force assigned to find Incognito a phone rang. Unfortunately all of the cops were too busy getting schooled to answer it. A digitized voice left the following message on the recorder:

My next victim will be in the crosshairs this evening. You have been warned. If no protection is in place by 5:30 PM CC time, my target will be in less than stellar health. See if you can stop me now.
Incognito. Professional Assassin.

Thank god someone someone else got it who is actually a cop. About time someone solved one of the riddles.

Yeah but i havent seen any of ur cop "buddies" on since saturday. Theyve all left you to die. There’s no one to save you! You cant stop a sniper bullet from 500 metres!

yay. work has been really busy lately and i have a full load of school on top of that. thank goodness gate troll!!!! i’ll come protect you! we’re finally getting somewhere.
