I cant say too much im not allowed but no one seems to be attempting the clues.
The style of clue that this Incognito seems to like to give are in a pattern. They aren’t as simple as fill in the blank, but clues have to be worked through and combined in order to get the correct answer.
See HERE how i explained the strumpet clue. So I went back and re-read the posts and he said something to the effect of "if the cops could put two and two together". A second clue that was left said:
The key to unlocking the headline "Trumpet Forsooth" is: Cantea.
The actual clue to his victim was "fourth most poster" (Cantea = Fourth (of the nine) in Sindarin, 2+2=4)
Along the same lines, perhaps somehow combining this clue of 11221 and 11226 with R and S might help. The spaces could just be place holders for the different parts of the previous clue.
This is just a theory, and i cant work it out myself, i dont know who the next target or targets are, but maybe one of you Cops is smarter than me.

Solved that bit and now im kicking myself cos ive worked out who it is as well and its incredibly simple like NB said but if you dont try hard and look at the clues Incognito has left instead of just guessing then its not so simple.
This Incognito is a smooth operator (thats not a clue they just are!). |

| Ok, now I think civilians shouldn’t help AT ALL with investigations, NBarden is almost spoilling the fun of the game by directing cops the right way, AFTER being told NOT TO POST in a clue, AND while he KNOWS who Incognito is. Now that’s not very nice, nor very fun, is it? |
