NK, i think you can be a cop. no one else has signed up, and we need a fifth cop. we should have a pretty good squad with you and lem0n.

That would be 6 1/2.

I’m thinking that 13:58 may be significant.

Also, anyone who knows American history knows that 13 stands for the original colonies. Maybe it has something to do with that.

Finally, he repeated the clue 3 times. Maybe that’s to get the number 13 into our head, or maybe its 13 x 3 3 which equals 39..

i say our best bet is with cops 1 and 3.

i noticed that the "13" in 13:58 falls in place with the other 13’s. some sort of pattern. maybe the 58 has some major significance. i’m guessing the 13:58 is the time. like military time. of course, the fact that there are all these 13’s could just be since 13 is the unlucky number.
