Oh yeah I’m a cop.
and thank you NBarden for pointing out my poor math skills half of 13 is indeed 6 1/2 not 7 1/2. and I believe with everyone else that it is probably cops 1 and 3 and maybe members 1 and 3 by arranging the members list in one of the several ways you can at the bottom of that page. More than likely the cops in my opinion. So I believe we may have the correct members protected. |

All was quiet as i drove my Honda up to SoP’s home. I got out of the car and circled the house at a distance, noted the motion-detecting flood lights mounted above the back door, and located all the entrances and exits. The lights were all off except for a floor lamp next to a lazy-boy in the basement. I made it back to my car and laid my plans. The scanner was silent, so I made my move.
As i walked to the corner of the house, I cocked the revolver and made sure the safety was on. I threw a grappling hook over the peak of the house and gave a good jerk to sink the prongs into the plywood. Years of practice was paying off. before long i was on the roof, and, after a few moments of waiting, all was still silent. I walked carefully to a skylight and looked in. I saw the kitchen, dark and empty. But upon a second look i realized that there was a police man inside. Someone must have tipped them off. I slid down the rope and sprinted back to my car which was parked a little ways down the street. i didn’t know it, but a small piece of paper had fallen out of my pocket. it read:
ODSSRTUQBC At the game
I on my way to kill my next target. |

Ok i wasnt a cop one time when i noticed someone was on about a code where u replace letters with other letters and this might be one of those clues. Anyone enlighten me as to how it works?
Cos it looks like im still targeted seeing as we were right with SoP, and im scared as to what this clue might mean!

P.s. At the game is an anagram of Get Me A Hat but im guessing thats not helpful and thats just an actual phrased clue where we need to work out the 1st part! |

lemon is right it is another keyword cipher. The keyword this time is at the game and the clue decyphered reads Pittsburgh. Maybe that is where Incognito is from is where he has to go to kill his next victim. Who is from pittsburgh?

macheteman - I noticed one that had phillie as the location and that is pretty close to pittsburgh I belive but I have never seen that member on, is it possible for incognito to make an inactive member a victim?
NBarden - At that note there are tons of teams from Pittsburgh:
The Pirates (Baseball), The Steelers (Football), Pittsburgh Penguins (Hockey), Pittsburgh Panthers (College Football) and I’m sure it has several other sports team I don’t know about. You can look into that and see if you can make sense of that if you want but i think the phrase at the game was just the keyword to the cypher, but I can be wrong here. You can explore that if you want but way to much time can be spent there, Good luck to you if you want to go there.

DRAT YOU! I WAS JUST GOING TO PUT HIM UNDER PROTECTION!
Oh well. I’ll go back to being just a normal cop that doesn’t do anything because mm beats him to it.
