I’m thinking that the numbers are a cipher for decoding the newspaper clipping. I’m not getting anywhere here though.

I believe that maybe incognito used the numbers to to encrypt the newspaper article like NB says, assuming there were a few mistakes. the first number is the paragraph number, second number is the word number in that paragraph, and the 3rd number is the letter in that word, Doing this it reads:

ssp
will
dis

Fixing a few mistakes maybe incognito meant:

SOP
will
die.

I place SOP under protection.

Hey I gave you some credit NB, are you that hard up for some attention my friend Laughing, There were just 2 misplaced letters, I believe if you were on that path it was nothing big enough to throw you off that badly. But still once again some credit to NB for his idea about the numbers being used to decipher the article Applause

I don’t need credit. I just didn’t have time to pursue it that much at that minute, that’s why.

Nah, I got enough attention already. Death threats from SoP are more attention than I need.

It was WAY before you joined, like 2 months tops. And he was getting upset that I was nearing him in spamming.
