| Hippo is mad at me since I figured out the clue and the victim... being an ex-incognito I kind of like to root for the bad guys. I will say this, both riddles, the one to the next victim as well as the clue about the identity of Incognito were incredibly easy letter substitutions keying off of the letter I. I’ll leave it at that and see if the cops can post decipher the clues. |

Hehe thats makes 2 of us  MH im rooting for the assassin too this style is quite cool. Why is he mad? Youre not a cop its not your duty to solve the clues for them. It makes the point in having 5 cops completely redundant if everyone just solves the clues. You might as well allow all off CC to pitch in then its too easy.

Should be, since otherwise it gets way too easy to figure who the Incognito is, since we already eliminated suspects during the first try. However, what would be supercool is if a winning Incognito simply handed over the account, without ever telling the new one who the old one was. Mega cool.  |

Lem0nhead came to the United States for a visit. Unfortunately, he decided to go to Dallas, Texas.
Travelling in an open-top limousine, Lem0nhead cruised down Elm Street. He was enjoying himself until shots rang out. Later, witnesses would recall hearing three shots. There was hardly any reaction from bystanders to the first shot. Many later said they thought they had heard a firecracker or the backfire of a vehicle. Lem0nhead and NappyKorn, sitting with his wife in front of the Lem0ns in the limousine, both turned abruptly from looking to their left to looking to their right. NappyKorn immediately recognized the sound of a high powered rifle. "Oh, no, no, no," he said as he turned further right, and then started to turn left, attempting to see Lem0nhead behind him.
According to the later investigation, a shot entered Lem0nhead’s upper back, penetrated his neck, and exited his throat. He raised his clenched fists up to his neck and leaned forward and to his left, as Mrs. Lem0nhead put her arms around him in concern. NappyKorn also reacted, as a bullet penetrated his back, chest, right wrist, and left thigh. He yelled, "My God, they are going to kill us all." The final shot took place when the limousine was passing in front of a pergola concrete structure. As the shot was heard, a fist-size hole exploded out from the right side of Lem0nhead’s head, covering the interior of the car and a nearby motorcycle officer with blood and brain tissue.
Frank The Hippo was riding on the left front running board of the car immediately behind the limousine. Sometime after the shot that hit Lem0nhead in the back, Hippo jumped off and ran to overtake the limousine. After the shot that hit Lem0nhead in the head, Mrs. Lem0nhead climbed onto the rear of the limousine, though she later had no recollection of doing so. Hippo believed she was reaching for something, perhaps a piece of her husband’s skull. He jumped onto the back of the limousine, pushed Mrs. Lem0nhead back into her seat, and clung to the car as it sped to the nearby hospital.
The staff at the hospital’s emergency room announced that Lem0head had no chance of survival upon arriving at the hospital.
NappyKorn was critically injured but survived. Doctors later stated that after NappyKorn was shot, Mrs. NappyKorn pulled him onto her lap, and the resulting posture helped close his front chest wound.
SickOfPalantirs, a witness to the assassination, also received a minor wound to his right cheek while standing 270 feet in front of where Lem0nhead was shot. The injury resulted from debris ejected when a bullet or bullet fragment struck a nearby curb.
