civilians give hints. this incog is obviously a cheater.
I wouldn’t be much of an assassin if I wasn’t a cheater. I’m a murderer, for crying out loud. Things aren’t supposed to fair. If things were fair, there would be no cops because there would be no crime. Murderers are unfair.

But, in a tragic turn of events, Frank_the_Hippo had a massive heart attack and Elf Lvr ended up making the correct arrest of AP.
In my estimation, Elf Lvr was the cop who accomplished the most for the force and was the best crime stopper on the team. I tip my hat to you, Elf Lvr.
The next Incognito has been chosen. Hope you’re ready...
except this is a game. the game is no fun if the assassin makes it nearly impossible to solve his clues. the last one and the 7 dogs belonged to that category.
Lets just say hippo glad that a new assassin has been chosen to end this nightmare of a round...
EDIT: and hippo curious why EL was the best. Lem0n was the best hands down. he protected 2 people from murder, hippo protected himself and El (though EL deciphered the clue) so if anyone should be the best it should be lem0n, but he died so I should’ve been able to make the arrest. but at least my body has the comfort of knowing it was right. Its not a big deal if a cheat of an incog gives your arrest to someone else. |
hippo is a cop. Hippo need your help. Help hippo
don't help hippo
if you chose help hippo, you can help by giving hints. Hippo knows rules not allow giving things away. |

If the clues were easy, then Incognito might as well not exist if he gets caught all the time.

I said "In my estimation"; I didn’t say it was written in stone or something.
And me giving your arrest to Elf Lvr was only a way of symbolizing that I thought that he was the best cop on the force in this round. |
