Well thats why i said that; I have no idea what "The holidays are" (well i do but i dont acknowledge it). Here its christmas NO1 says happy holidays its definately a USA thing. The only time ive heard it is on Friends. I dont get why youd change christmas to the holidays? |

"Because Christmas is Christian, and therefore discriminatory against everyone else. And we don’t want to discriminate against all the the other poor people who have their holidays between Thanksgiving and New Years, which have been overshadowed by the evil influence of pagan decorated trees, and Christian Nativity scenes."
Or something like that. I got no problem with the idea of having a holiday season, or with saying "happy holidays." My problem is turning the whole thing into a crusade. So much for the Christmas/Holiday spirit....
Yeah, American political correctness. Probably the weirdest phenomenon in history. |

Yeah our country has some pretty ****** up political correctness and my message to them and people like you describe is go shove a **** up ur ****. Its christmas. Tough if youre not christian. I dont stop anyone else from having holidays and i dont force a change of name on them, cos i dont care what they do or call it. Its only a holiday BECAUSE of christmas so "holidays" is retarded to me. And after that...
Merry Christmas everyone (again!). |

I don’t believe in Hannukah, but I don’t have a problem with people calling it that. I don’t believe in Kwanzaa, but I don’t have a problem with people calling it that. I don’t believe in Christmas, but you better not every mention that in front of me, because it implies discrimination against everyone whose not a Christian. TOLERANCE! TOLERANCE! TOLERATE EVERYONE! I CAN’T STAND THESE INTOLERANT CHRISTIANS!

Christmas is about Jesus Christ’s birth; not presents, parties and food.
Hanukkah (or festival of lights) is a Jewish holiday, and Kwanzaa is a holiday created in 1966 as an alternative to christmas for black people. Christmas originated from the words ’Christ Mass’ from the Catholic mass said on Christmas and became a celebration of his birth.
And by the way bunny, I would not just label Christmas as ’dumb’ or Hanukkah as stupid. Have you ever been to a Christmas Eve church service? Or a Jewish lighting of the menorah at a synagogue? Please do not classify these as dumb because you don’t like them.
If you’re a Christian say ’Merry Christmas’! if you’re a Jew say Happy Hanukkah and if you’re secular, ’politically correct’ person, say Happy Holidays.

I assume you mean: ’I hate our country.’ If you do, why don’t
you move to Iran along with John Kerry, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, Barack Obama and the rest of those traitors who hate America. |

What the heck? I like Santa as much as the next guy, but...??? |
