We are trying! But youve given us three words!
Defuse either jawbone.
We dont know if its an anagram, a riddle, a cypher. WHAT? It doesnt even make any sense!
Any other cops besides AD got any thoughts?
I protect AD, because he seems to think it might be him AND because if we lose him were knackered. |

Its so long since i completed that i cant remember what types of riddles there were besides anagrams.
But perhaps.... Is this maybe a metaphor or similie or whatever for a lotr tcg card. is there one that fits this, that might point to a target? |

Unfortunately for my target, you failed to decipher my clue.
A couple of you were on the right track, and I even tried to nudge you in the right direction. My clue was indeed an anagram, but no one seemed to decipher what for:
Beware the ides of June.
Had you all gotten that far, it would have been a matter of realizing that the ides of June is June 13th, and the only member to join these forums on June 13th of any year was Elf Lvr, on June 13th 2006.
With no protection in sight this time, Elf Lvr was assassinated in a manner similiar to NBarden this morning. He also recognized me, unsurprisingly, but again had no reason to suspect me of anything besides a friendly visit. I was a little more out of place than last time though, had anyone but him been around to see it.
My next clue should be easier:
What do Mr. Rodriguez and Mr. Trejo have in common? Think dimensionally.

You’re right, that was easy.

Danny Trejo was an actor in Spy Kids, directed by Robert Rodriguez. He played Uncle Machete. So I wonder who it could possibly be...

| No problem. Unfortunately for Incog, I’ve seen the Spy Kids movies, so it was really easy to make the connection once I saw Danny’s IMDB page. |

I gotta hunch about Incog’s identity.
Anyone else think they’re on to something? |

I have only one small theory as to who it might be but its based on very little.
We couldnt have gotten that anagram as we didnt have a keyword. Otherwise there were thousands of possibilites and its unreasonable to expect me to troll through them all. MH used to give a clue to the keyword to solve anagrams. That needs to happen.
Well done CG for solving this round! |
