Im not sure empress of the world has anything to do with Narnia, for a start shes not really referenced in the books as that. The empress of the world is a book by a girl named sara ryan about 2 girls that fall in love
I cant see as that is relevant. And bankruptcy is just too open to discover a meaning behind it.
Which leads me to believe; is it a connection between the words themselves rather than their meaning. Example: Their point score from scrabble or number of syllables (obviously not but u see what i mean).
Just a thought....
(Because otherwise im stumped ) |

Nope cos thats what it would be at this point, purely a guess. As far as i can tell you have left no identity clues at all so we’re down to estimating your personality from how and what you have written which i have to say is pretty no-descript.
Until im much more comfortable, or in fact have even a slightest clue as to your ID i am saving my arrest warrants.
I have one teeny intuition that it might be NK but thats about 10% sure so im not wasting a strike. |

I’ve given at least two rather glaring clues to my identity, though they were a while ago.
But come now, no one else has a guess? Do you need to buy a vowel, perhaps? |

Ok so going back over what incognito has said there are 5 things that strike me.
1. They are american. They say the have the holidays off and considering Thanksgiving is USA only then its not me, SM, Thran or any europeans.
2. The use of the term war room. Nothing much about this it just struck me as unusual. Maybe they like star wars or are star wars related in name?
3. "Partake of the cut of the turkey" is a very odd phrase to use. Wondering about the relevance of that.
4. They used part of the strategy articles as part of their clues. Which makes me believe its a consistent active poster, as not too many people use and have a good knowledge of that forum.
5. In the clue about celebrimbor the assassin wrote "They have been tormented before by one even I fear, but I am not as cruel as that lord".
So this persons name is someone who also fears Sauron but only just so they must be powerful. Hmm wouldnt that be just about any character in LOTR fearing Sauron except morgoth and we dont have a morgoth CC member? But i think we’re after someone with a CC username relating to lotr.
Dain Ironfoot. Well he would fear Sauron but isnt close to his power.
Gate Troll/Porter Troll dont seem to have any relevance.
Aragorn KiE. Possibly certainly might fit, but hes not active.
Anxious_Chieftain. Doesnt fit that well but i have my suspicions.
Glamdring. Doesnt fit properly.
Really struggling here.
If im on the wrong track im totally bewildered then as to who it is. |

I tried to be merciful this time, as I don’t like killing on Fridays. Friday is supposed to be a happy day!
But alas, bibfortuna25 shall not see any more Fridays. He died quickly and relatively peacefully, at least. Just a quick strike from behind, and it was over. He probably didn’t even feel it.
As I said, I tried to be kind, but to no avail. I gave multiple clues, especially in reference to the Wheel of Fortune game show so famous around the world (wheels turning, buying a vowel, bankruptcy, etc.). The link between that and the Empress of the World is simple: fortune itself, or fortuna in Greek. One of the most famous musical pieces of all time is "Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi" (Fortuna, Empress of the World) from Carmina Burana. You may not know the name, but I guarantee you would know the music if you heard it. Try a Google search...which is ironically all you would have needed to save bibfortuna25’s life. Ah well. Fate crushes the brave once again.
Time for a clue as to my next target, eh?
On the prone body of Mr. Fortuna, I left a note which reads as follows:
Dear Officers,
In the early 20th century, Salvatore² and Anello established their own business that, since the 1960s, has produced a certain product. Name that product, and you will quickly identify my next victim.
This will be another good challenge, I hope. Consider your answer well, but not too long, because time, as always, is ticking. My victim will be dead on the evening of Sunday the 9th.
Regards,

When I see Salvatore, I wanna say R.A. Salvatore, but...that certainly doesn’t fit very well, since he was born in 1959.
And then I found this, ironically enough...

I went with Gate Troll because:
1. Quote: In the clue about celebrimbor the assassin wrote "They have been tormented before by one even I fear, but I am not as cruel as that lord".
So this persons name is someone who also fears Sauron but only just so they must be powerful. Hmm wouldnt that be just about any character in LOTR fearing Sauron except morgoth and we dont have a morgoth CC member? But i think we’re after someone with a CC username relating to lotr.
2. Incog seems to be a cop (see the Brutus comment when he killed NBarden and his killing of el.)
3. GateTroll was involved in the "NBardania" thread, which could explain the mention of ’war room’
GT is the only cop who hasn’t really done anything. |

| On the other hand, Sir Francis Drake was also involved in the military. |
