NB once again you astound me with another brilliantly lame argument. Why do you bother criticising things with such a weak excuse? There are tons of ways of stopping exodia providing you can get hold of all the pieces. Demoralised was broken i dont call lotr broke because of it.
Corvus ill get my dragon list up 2mrw probably ive set a reminder on my phone to get me to dig it out 2nite.
Anautikus and LH ill see if i can find my trades as well.... |

Well...I dismissed it as broken once I saw my friends lockdown deck which allowed absolutely nothing to happen. Kinda like Orim’s Chant/Isochron Scepter in MtG, except that there are ways to defeat that combo. The whole Exodia concept is broken, and not to mention that the game is simply a copycat of MtG.
So, you assume that because I said something, I by default no nothing else of the subject? |

I couldnt say ive never played MTG.

Nope not at all, im not sure how youve got that from what i said. I was just amazed that because you think that one aspect of the game/one certain deck type should fatally flaw the entire thing. This doesnt imply you know nothing i just cant understand how that is a logical conclusion. Its far to weak an argument to base the dismissal of an entire TCG. You could just not play that deck. There, problem solved. Game not broken. Or just make a deck that discards cards from their hand so they never get the pieces together. Whatever. Its not that hard. |

You still listen to what he says, lem0n? lol
Don’t waste your time with this "yak yak yak i know nothing what I’m talking about yak yak yak"... nonsense ... the kid clearly haven’t played the game enough to judge it and is already spoiling the topic with random statements about it.
Sometimes all you have to do is pretend there’s a blank space instead of what he writes you can live without all this junk
Mind your tongue when talking about other board members, please. That’s strike one. |

LK, I don’t know why you have a problem with everything I say. No matter where I post, you come in and criticize it. In open LotR discussion, I asked if someone could show me how to download all the pics, and you had a heyday jumping all over me and calling me lazy and ungrateful and everything. In the member’s lounge, you didn’t like my suggestion to Gil-Estel because it was too complicated, even though he liked it and said he was leaning that way anyways. If you’re pretending that my posts are blank, then go ahead and ignore them! I wouldn’t mind, I can sure do without constant criticism. If you think my argument is weak and would like to state that I know nothing about what I’m talking about, then fine. I don’t care.
I happen to think that an auto-win condition for winning a game is broken, especially combined with a deck that can throw the board into complete lockdown long enough for you to grab the Exodia pieces. Oh, wow, maybe I do know a little bit about what I’m talking about.
As with all broken decks, there’s a silver bullet that will kill it, thus, of course you can beat Exodia some way, that doesn’t mean its not broken.
I’d like to ask, lem0n, how you not playing a broken deck doesn’t make the game broken? In MtG, there’s a deck called rogues. Its broken. I never run it, I run treefolk. So, by me running treefolk, does that make my opponent’s rogue deck somehow not broken? The fact is, if a game is broken, its broken, and pardon me for saying that throwing a game into complete lockdown long enough for you to grab an auto-win condition is broken. Its even more absurd then Orim’s Chant/Isochron Scepter in MtG!
Since some people don’t like me commenting in the thread (not you, lem0n), then I’ll leave. |
