Those other guys!!!! You know all that "1 step to perfection" stuff?
Garbage. 18-1! My Giants won the Superbowl!!!
PWNAGE!!!!
+1!
I think this is a serious contender for the best Super Bowl in football history. I’m not saying that it is, but it was amazing. Easily the biggest upset in football history. And some of the most incredible plays in football. Like Eli Manning’s unbelieveable escape to get a first down conversion....oh yeah. That guy was essentially sacked, and somehow he ESCAPED! |

I still say the Joe Namath-led Jets over the Colts WAY back in the day was the greatest upset ever, but man, this was incredible for sure. As a Redskins fan, I could hardly vote for the Giants (lose-lose for me, really), but I was definately rooting AGAINST the Patriots. The look on Belicheat’s face afterwards made the whole thing worthwhile.
So much for the greatest team in history. |

me... im a die-hard Colts fan....
so the patriots are my least favorite team
tha being said, the fact that both of the manning brothers have now triumphed over the patriots and gone to win the superbow makes me happy...
even being as i am, i wasnt too happy or impressed with the Colts season. yes we had some injuries, yes we had some good competitors, but honestly i dont think they should have wimped out like that. congrats to the Jets
BIG CONGRATS TO THE GIANTS
TOO BAD FOR THE PATRIOTS!!! (the "perfect team" whos coach cheated... its like Watergate all over again...) |

That was without a doubt one of the top 3 super bowls of all time. I enjoyed that game so much it was just incredible. Whenever they played the highlight reel of Brady getting thrown to the ground I almost cried for joy. And then for Bellicheck to show he whole world was a classless guy he is, by running off the field before the game was over... wow.
My fave commercial was probably the one with the baby throwing up, but I thought that all the Bud commercials were great. |

Best Ad: Dwayne Wade being in Charles "Chuck" Barkley’s Fave 5. Had me laughing my guts out by the end, and I don’t even LIKE the NBA.
Worst Ad: The dancing lizards (for some flavored water or something). Um...what the heck was THAT all about, and what nutcase approved it? |

I thought the Go Daddy commercials were pretty sick. But I guess that the lizard one was pretty bad as well.
The Doritos one with the mousetrap was lame.
I liked the Budweiser ones as well. Especially the cheese one. However, the Bridgestone one with the screaming animals was the best.
What about that silent Pepsi commercial? |

I hated the victoria’s secret commercial...in fact I refused to look at it.
Anyhow the Bud light commercials were awesome. My favorite one was the one with the Neanderthals!!! "Bottle opener suck!"
Animated commercials were horrible. Come on, who pays a million bucks for 20 seconds of something like that?
Anyone like the talking stain? |

As far Bellichek running on the field - was I the only one watching the game clock when that happened? It had run down to zero (yes, this was an error by the booth) and then everybody was running onto the field - NOT before. Once it was figured out that it was a mistake, everybody went back to their places so that Eli could take the oh-so-important knee. Wow. I mean really, was it so necessary for him to do that? There was literally 1 second on the clock. Whatever.
And yes, I was rooting for the Patriots, if only because I’m a Chargers/Colts fan and I figured I may as well stick with the AFC.
Anybody else notice how the Giants seemed to be getting away with an awful lot of offsides with no call?
And as for the commercials, well...a lot of you are too conservative to enjoy the same ones I did. Too bad. That Charles Barkley/Dwayne Wade commercial was awesome though, I definitely agree with Dain on that one. |
When we do it in Iraq, it's called progress. When we do it here in the US, it's called socialism.
