So. SickofPalantirs has deciphered my first clue.
The cops have proven themselves capable, at least.
As for the capitalization, I apologize; I was inconsistent in my scheme, which appears to have created confusion. From this point forward, I shall endeavor to remain grammatically constant.
It is Twilight. The Cops have waited and discovered that there have been no Reports of Murder. The Cops are guarding Menace as he tours the Aquarium.
Menace was the Target; he is safe.
…From Incognito, at least.
NappyKorn looks nervously around at the enormous Sharks circling, as though they know some dark Secret, some Secret of impending Death which shall feed them.
The “Elevator Music” which is playing in the Background over the Speakers dies away, replaced by a Voice.
No, by The Voice.
The Voice speaks: “And now, a Word from our Sponsor:”
The Voice begins to sing:
“Ask any Mermaid you happen to see: / What’s the best Tuna?”
The Jingle ends, followed by dark Laughter.
“Saturday.”
The “Elevator Music” returns.
AgentDrake speaks:
“Well. That’s ominous.”

I’ve been racking my brain trying to think of what else it could be, but I can’t think of anyone else with a connection to chicken or seafood. So unless we’re just badly misinterpriting the meaning of the jingle (unlikely), I don’t know who else it could even be.
I’ll take a shot in the dark and protect AnonymousProdigy, who had it in for the vicious chicken mm tried to keep alive. I think AP was the one to eliminate him--er, it--in the end. |

This really is quite amusing. Throw the Cops a simple Clue and they gnaw and fret and worry that there is more to it. There was, also, the fact that all this occurred in an Aquarium. Design, or Coincidence? Maybe neither, if you take my Meaning.
Macheteman is correct, and is safe.
Very well, I shall cease with the Simplicity. I do not wish you to grow bored, and I now desire Bloodshed.
Unlike the previous petty Clues, I shall begin a Swathe of Assassinations which shall leave you Cops reeling in Blood.
