Here’s my clue:
Canst thou save him?
A man of the sea,
Bearer of Neptune’s light,
And Gabriel’s helm.
All I can think is OneFathom, maybe, ’cause Fathoms have to do with ocean depth.
Or maybe me, with that whole Sir Francis Drake connection again. I have a vague idea to possibly figure what.
WAIT....
Just noticed something very important.
SoP: Is the line "here is mine" part of the clue that Incog sent you, or did you put that sentence in your post to indicate that the below was the clue he sent you?
Edit: Okay, well, I didn’t even finish reading your post. Looks like you already saw that... |

Okay, I got nothing. Unless these somehow work together. In which case I still have no idea what they mean.

In regards to the clue Drake recieved, I found this in relation to Neptune’s Light: http://astrology.about.com/b/2007/10/31/neptunes-light.htm
Curious about the link to Aquarius (whose name implies water, the first part of Drake’s clue), I found that Aquarius and Gabriel are the same "zodiac angel" (http://dub119.tripod.com/id8.html).
So, we might be looking for someone born during the zodiac period of Aquarius. I’m not very good with zodiac stuff, though...any of you?
Still trying to wrap my head around the other clues. These just don’t make much sense.... |

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

If only the clue had said "chicken of the sea" instead of "man of the sea" this would be so much easier....
I know zilch about zodiac, but I suppose Wikipedia probably has enough info on it to figure. But how would Incog know our birthdates? There’s gotta be something else to it. |

Maybe join date, then? I dunno. I’m grasping at straws right now, same as you.
We could REALLY use a fifth cop now.... |

| my solution? we protect each other. Hope we stop a few murders and let some civilians bit the dust. It does seem a tad unfair of incog to hit us with 4 murders at once. |

I thought of that, and if we can’t come up with anything better before the deadline, I think that’s exactly what we should do.
But we still have two days to mull it over. I bet we can at least figure out a couple of them by then. |

Sure, of course, and I bet that’s exactly what Bush thought about the WTC attack: "that’s not fair, attacking BOTH Towers at once...".
Seriously, you guys need to grow up a bit to make this game more interesting. After all, it’s not the idea of being caught that drives an assassin, it’s exactly the opposite! Why should he/she HELP you catch him? C’mon. |
