CG also specifically responds to the Cheerleader thing.
...except that he’s already dead. Dang.
menace was the one who first brought up the whole thing....
...and then Dain mentioned the Cheerleader line, but I think Incog was hinting to us that he wouldn’t go after Dain.
So I’ll protect Menace. I’m also thinking someone might want to protect Hobbit13, too. |

In this way I did err. You used the avatar in the contest; however, NBarden had used it previously. Plus, only the Tabitha piece could link back to NBarden.

I pulled into the parking lot across from the cathedral, then grabbed my priest disguise from the backseat. Pulling the black robe over my head and putting the cross necklace around my neck, I walked across the street and entered the cathedral. Most of the attendants were already seated. Spotting my victim, I moved toward him.
“Lost Heir. The bishop has requested that you come to the confessional.”
With a nod, Lost Heir rose from his seat and followed me. When we reached the confessional, I told him to wait inside. As he walked past me, I removed a fiber wire from my pocket and leapt forward, slipping it around his neck. With full force, I pulled backwards. Lost Heir struggled for a moment, but soon his movements stopped altogether.
I carried his limp body into the confessional and left him on the floor. Walking back into the main body of the cathedral, I motioned a few hail Marys and then departed. |

whats funny is that the rules don’t actually say you have to post a clue...but still this incog is stretching it. he starts before 5 cops are selected, takes 4 killings at once, ALL of them wth very vague clues ( we didn’t have a prayer of preventing Nbardens, dains was lucky, CG’s I guess we have a prayer, but didn’t you attack him twice in a row? which also isn’t against the rules, but is quite tricksy.) and now you start whacking people off randomly.
Yeah yeah I know, assassin doesn’t want to get caught and all  but this is a game dangit, and the point is too have some fun, and as one-sided as you are making it, it isn’t much fun.
IDK what to do, but if this continues I am quitting there is no point.

Ok sorry as you know im inactive at weekends.
First thing to comment on is i understand Incog’s feelings about our pathetic protection of each other but i also have to say that DI’s and NB’s clues were impossible. We dropped the ball on GT and CG fair enough but the other 2 were pants clues. Tabitha is a dumb reference to NB’s avatar and Dain’s clue is so far fetched its ridiculous.
We certainly need to try harder but we also need clues we can solve. Meet us half way and we’ll step up the effort a bit.
P.s. I have no idea who this is. I have 1 vague suspicion that it is FM but i will not risk my arrest as we have had no Incog identity clues and its only based upon the grammar and content. |

Assuming the "less" means "-2", this seems to mean 1-1+2-2+0+0+7=7. But I doubt it’s as simple as that.

Again, the "total overall" seems to indicate math of some kind (perhaps with the "V" in "Vice" translating as a Roman numeral 5?), but again, I imagine it’s more than that.
Klondike is a rather obvious reference to the ice cream snack, while Fred could be all manner of things.
Any other immediate thoughts? |

Ok something youve said there Dain has given me an idea. The vice bit. Who was made vice aftokrator of the chosen ones when they existed? Was it you or SoP or NB?

That was me (says so in my sig, actually ). But I’m still not sure how the rest connects.... 
Maybe...MAYBE it’s SoP. I made him MY vice while AP was away from the forums, and that might better tie into some of the "one time"/"two times" stuff.
The seven might be key then, too, because I think there were seven members while all that was going on.

"Klondike" ice cream is named after a region of Alaska, I believe... making the resource oil/petroleum/something of the sort. We know that Incog uses kennings like this (ie, the Gabriel’s helm clue), so that would make sense.
It’s also a form of solitaire.
GTA City = Vice(?)
"After Fred Takes over" = ?
Klondike’s resources = oil
Total overall = 13 or 7, depending on how you count them.
Really? = ?
I admit, Dain’s connection with "Vice" makes sense, but I don’t think that’s quite it.... |
