all thats happened to me is when I was younger, I was afraid of a certain type of wolf I had seen in a movie. a had bad dreams about it and all.
Well I would be asked to go downstairs to get something or other, I would go down, and there was a bathroom, directly across from the stairs. This was an unfinished basement. I was always deathly afraid of that bathroom, sometimes I would finished what I was doing, look over their and have a feeling of total terror, like in 3 seconds something was going to come out an kill me, I would run upstairs as fast as the adrenaline pumping through me could carry me. Sometime I actually thought I saw something.
it was probably just a fear of the dark.\ though.
and another RE: telepathy. Sometimes I will be thinking of a POTC song, and then my little bro will start humming it...or I will be thinking of something and he will start talking about it.
and for what I actually think about supernatural/paranormal
I think a lot of the occurrences can be explained using natural and normal means. Like the one "ghost" that turned out to be a bug on the camera. Then there are things like the bloody mary which are obviously occultish practices...and then they are those that seem...unexplainable and unwanted.
whats funny, is I remember reading a mickey mouse comic and at least one mystery book with things almost exactly like M64’s. Bad guys rig house to creep out inhabitants so they can use it...and M64 I agree with AD why the heck did you guys stay there? |

Whoa, I had never heard of Bloody Mary (outside of my own childhood experience) before! I didn’t realise that it was something that a lot of people did. Weird, why would you want to do that? I hated it!
Thanks for the Wikipedia link GT, much appreciated.
Wow, FM, that’s amazing, what you can do! |

It not so much that I CAN do, it just happens. Wish I knew how to make it happen, though, it’d be relly neat! But with some practice, granted, you can make it less of a burden. I’m still scared to death of shades, stalkers and whisperers, but when you learn how to "not pay attention to them", makes for a whole lot better nocturne experience, specially when I’m all alone in a 600m2 house with 7 bedrooms... Whole lot of dark rooms to check for open windows at night when no one is around, if you ask me...
And yeah, Bloody Mary is famous ’round here as well, I’d say she’s the popstar of The Occult. Never took part in a summoning, though, so here it’s taken for more of an Urban Legend. Also, when you described the cult, I, too, first thought about hallucinogenic gasses, perhaps from special candles. However, unless they described her to you or you read about it (which you didn’t, as you said), you actually saw in the mirror what is commonly taken for Bloody Mary’s manifestation, which is... kinda creepy, to say the least. |

ok, i can’t think of any super weird things that have happened to me, but i do know this one thing that happened to my sister:
We have a friend, and she was pregnant. she was in a pretty big mess with it all, and she agreed to talk with an elder of her old church. and they talked and she seemed to accept the counsel they gave her to keep the baby. then, one night, my sister had this dream where the girl who was pregnant was crying, and crying and crying uncontrollably. my sister woke up and started praying for her. that day, we found out that the girl had gotten an abortion.
other things like that have happened to my mom too.
m64: it is REALLY interesting how when the you felt the chill wind that you were bombarded by evil images. i was just reading a commentary on the bible the other day by adam clark i think, and he was talking about how Demons will often oppress people with horrid images. |

Yeah, and the clouds send us messages daily.
How do you know it’s the Devil? Have you met him in person? (I’m just kidding, but smoke shapes are very easy to "force" upon a person’s mind when you TELL them they’re suposed to be seeing something there) |

Well, the pic does look like a person of some sorts...
The closeset experiece to a ghost I had was I few nights ago at about 3 in the morning, when no one was awake, (and I was on cobracards ) I heard a bunch of footsteps and whispers. Kinda really freaked me out. Also about a month ago, my mom saw a bunch of orbs, and my dad (who never gets scared) saw a hell of a lot of "human-like" shapes out of the corner of his eyes. Most of these are prolly explainable, but they are freaky! |

My dad has had many "wierd" experiences.
When he went to college, one night he could actually "see" a demon/entity walking through all the dorms of the campus, even thought the walls were blocking his vision. When it came to his dorm, he yelled, "leave in the name of Jesus Christ!" and of course, it immediately left. His room-mate was what he considered demon-possessed, as the guy kept saying, do you see that move by itself? Of course, my dad saw it too...creepy.
I’ve never had such dramatic encounters with evil spirits as Shieldmaiden and m64 have, and never hope to. But one time, during the day, I saw about 3 faces of demons inside the fabric of the carpet on the floor. That was funny.
I’ve had times where I could, with basically all my non-visual senses, feel an evil presence come into my room at night. What I do is tell it that it is not welcome here, and command it to leave in the name of Jesus. It works, what can I say?
ON a lighter note, I sometimes feel the presence of God come into a room. One time at night I just knew He was there, and the whole room lit up very bright. Other times while worshipping in church I’ve smelled the sweetest smell in the air that I could never imagine existed. (I’m pretty sure it was not any woman’s perfume). And, I’ve seen people get prayed for, and they just faint because God had come upon them so powerfully they couldn’t stand up.
There is a spiritual realm, and there are demons. People would want to believe otherwise, but if then can’t explain paranormal events scientifically. Demons ARE NOT to be sought after, and ARE NOT to be enjoyed when their presence manifests. What did Gandalf say about the Nazguls? "Resist them! Flee them! Do not speak to them, for they are DEADLY." Sorry FM for my bluntness. |

| I have felt evil presences before... it’s creepy. Usually they are just spirits passing by and don’t stay for bread and jam. For me, I have never had a direct experience with a "ghost", most of the time I just here them or feel them passing by. |
