i haven’t read the book yet, but i will hopfully get to it. but here is what i say about it...

.1) the Bible was inspiered by God, and writen by his followers.
.2) Divinci code was inspired by man, and writen by man.

which would you rather trust, man or God?
There is a power in this world beyond any of us, and Jesus is that power and The Savior.

Cool this is my attempt to look cool.

Well I can assure you if God says anything to me, I’ll listen to it. The real question is who would you rather trust- some guy who writes a novel that people take way too seriously or a bunch of guys who wrote some morals into a book a few thousand years ago. Either way, I trust the Bible more, but it still isn’t all true.

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. Razz

Since I’m still reading the book (I started it yesterday, but I have College, Work, about 6 tests in the next two weeks AND the Coldsnap Pre-Release this weekend), I didn’t even bother reading the discussion, but I will later. Thing is: none of them are entirely true.
Sorry, I know a lot of you are much more religious than I am, but the Bible is ANOTHER rigged book... I had to undergo A LOT of studying and reading to get the general meaning of it, and to understand which information proceeded in which way, how to "interpret" (although this is not the right term) it, and all. Also, The Da Vinci Code has A LOT of accurate information, yes, but it IS, after all, a FICTION novel...
Also, I happen to KNOW a few Templar Knights (yes, they DO exist nowadays...), so I’ve had the opportunity to check some data with them, although their order HAS sworn secrecy, so I couldn’t learn a lot since I am NOT a Templar Knight... yet.
I don't like YOU.

aren’t like the freemasons kinda supposed to be templar knights?

the bible is true

the bible is not rigged(I think it depends on what you mean by this)

Yes, they are. The Bible is not ENTIRELY true, it sometimes contains BIG metaphores, so it’s not a clear text, that’s what I meant, even though some of the texts DO have historical backing.
I mean "rigged" in the sense that it’s called "the word of Jesus himself", but it was written YEARS AFTER his death, by OTHER people, so that’s how THEY envisioned the word of the Lord in the teachings of Jesus, and there might be some discrepancies, if you read some "lost" gospels... Wink
