Ok here’s the thing: for Shieldmaiden I ordered something at Decipher. The payment was done and my experience with D was positive. For weeks and months the package did not arrive. I send several emails, but they never responded. Everytime I check in, the orderstatus says: in progress....very slow progressors. I want this thing to happen, but what if they keep on ignoring me...what can I do? Maybe turn it in to my creditcard agency? Anyone experience with that?
The last possibility: anyone who lives near Decipher? Can you provide me with tactical plans to invade their building and help me to get justice done?
Many thanks... |

Even though I highly appreciate the participation of deadly, well trained assassins, .... I’m kinda serious ..I really want to end this, so please think with me...and if all the knowledge of all the people here doesn’t provide me with a solution, I will come back to you my dear friend.... |

Unfortunately, I haven’t heard many stories about people actually getting their orders from D in the past couple years. I’ve never ordered anything from them personally, but I vaguely remember some heck breaking loose about people never getting their orders. I do remember that it seemed, at least, when it started out, generally confined to people who hadn’t paid actual money (tournament prizes and "decipher dollars"-type stuff) but I could be mistaken.
Having zero experience with any of this, I’d suggest that you try to find some way to cancel the order if you can. I don’t know if that would entail getting in touch with the credit card company (probably) or what.
Has the payment actually shown up on your card? I do vaguely seem to remember something about D trying to get the orders done faster for people who had actually literally paid the money.
I would, however, probably give up on ever actually managing to contact Decipher. As far as I know, no-one’s actually managed to do that for a very long time.
Almost as if they had all fallen into some other dimension or mirror universe...
Sorry for the rather hopeless response, but then again, I’ve never had to deal with these guys myself, so it’s not impossible that I’m completely wrong.
Good luck! |

I have a sad summary for you GE.
Youre not the first ive heard have this problem by any means. In fact youre like the 30th-40th person who i have specifically heard say that D havent shipped an order placed. If i count freinds of friends and people on forums it runs into the hundres of those who havent had cards from Decipher but are owed them.
Do not hold your breath.

Pray they get it together once they release this big new product.
Drop some hints on their board that you might not order the new product if you can’t get old shipments, and get other people to do the same. If they get the message that their incompetence isn’t just losing the LotR people, they may get it together. The last thing they want is for their new product to flop, if that does, they’re flat-out broke. If its true that they’re trying to bring back their fanbase, drop hints that these orders are pushing the fanbase away, and that could threaten the success of the new product.
After all, who would order cards from someone who has consistently failed to deliver then?
Maybe start a petition or something. |
