| Way too much but I have really slowed down with the buying though. I have others things I have to pay for first. |

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

$100 to $200, not $10 to $200. I might have spent even more, I dunno. I just make smart trades. |

how many decks do you have? Somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 to 12 at any one time.
Depending on how many cards overlap, I have had as many as 7 Fellowship block decks built at once(biggest problem is having enough Isildur’s Bane) and I usually try to have 4 to 5 Standard decks constructed at any one time. I’ve had to take apart a couple of decks recently to try out a new strategy for Movie Block format that has worked out interestingly. I’ll do a write up of it sometime. |

Yeah, the 300-750 range sounds about right. Pipeweed, you and I started collecting at nearly the same time. Interesting. |

I spend $$ here and there, like a lot of 870 cards for $16.37 on eBay. (It was awesome, it had a promo AtAR!! )
BTW, what’s the difference between the promo The Balrog, Durin’s Bane and the regular one? I can’t see any. |

The only difference is that the promo card was only available if you bought a particular issue of Scrye magazine and it was available before the Mines of Moria set came out and the fact that it is a 0P card.
It was one of the first preview cards that was ever released. This was also before they did release kits and the POP kits (point of purchase) where you received a free promo card if you purchased $10 worth of LotR product. |
