in 5 years I think I exceed terms of the polls by far ^^
let’s see:
4 fellowship displays
1 mine of moria display
2 realms of the elf lords display
4 two towers display
2 battle of helm’s deep displays
1 ent of fangorn display
3 return of the king displays
2 siege of gondor displays
3 reflections displays
3 mount doom displays
5 shadows displays
3 black riders displays
3 hunters displays
+ all starters, numerous packs, and at least 200$ in singles... not counting lotr online, train tickets to go to events and so on ... happy I sold a lot too, especially the tournament prizes but still looks like I spent at least 1000$ in lotr |

No idea. Probably between $100 and $200, but even more if you count all the store credit I’ve used from Cobra. |

<Edited the poll to have a > $750 amount>
Let’s see, I bought a fair amount of single boosters at full retail for a while and then I finally got smart looking online.
All told I’ve probably spent a couple thousand dollars on LotR cards.
Highlights -
Bought a former player’s collection (playsets of Fellowship block up through Towers) for $600 just before Ents of Fangorn came out. Good purchase.
Bought 3 boxes of Reflections when it came out at about $70 from an online company.
Bought a case (12 Boxes) of Return of the king for $200 or so to fill in my play set.
Bought 6 boxes of Towers and a box of Black Rider last year at Gen Con for around $100.
Then there have been Ebay buys of foils and foil lots and for those I’ve probably spent about $500 or so.
I’ve spent way too much money on this, but it is fun and a pretty cheap hobby when you consider that I’ve been doing this since the game came out in 2001 and I’ve stayed fairly competitive the entire time. |

I cannot remember exactly how much I have spent on LOTR cards. I have been in the game since Mines of Moria was released. My guess would be $1500.00 to $2000.00. |
