| A man is in a car at the foot of a hill. The car is crumpled against a tree, and the man is dead, but he is sitting in the passenger seat. There is a pool of water beneath the gas pedal. What happened? |

The man was murdered. Somebody knocked him out, put a block of ice on the gas pedal to keep the car going, and sent him on his (not so) merry way.
