I love this game! Does anyone on here play it? After all, it’s the granddaddy of all war games!
I’m also collecting all the versions of RISK that I can get my hands on. Right now, I’ve got the version with wooden blocks, the version with Roman Numerals, and all three modern versions (the really colorful one, the mellow-colored one, and the most recent one), both LOTR versions, and then Star Wars. |

| I think I have all of them, the Roman numeral one(Garage Sale) the modern one, and the star wars an LotR, but I would say I liked the world the best. |

Um, that’s like 8 copies of Risk, CG. I think you’re crazy.
Risk is a fun game, but Axis and Allies is better. |

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

| I play risk pretty frequently, and own the old original, the new version, and the "full map" lord of the rings one (my favorite). |

Not with older people. Sure, it’s still going to take at least a couple hours, but not every game has to be fast. A&A is soo fun to play at night, staying up ’till after midnight, drinking caffeine so you are awake enough to plan your moves. |

Why, thank you. I actually picked up three of those at the same rummage sale, for less than $10. I think all I’m missing is Castle RISK, RISK 2020, and the LOTR Expansion that they released in Europe.

I actually haven’t gotten to play that yet-but it looks amazing. |

| Yes, but with slightly more realistic rules, or so I hear. |
