I have internet explorer ( please don’t laugh I know firefox is better) any way how do you edit the little pull-down box that comes up when I enter say "ab" Like when I log into CObracards and type in ’b’ "bobtheorc" comes up.
So how do I delete or edit that data?

So, persay when you type certain letters in Google, certain words you dont want mommy or daddy seeing show up?

In Internet Explorer:

Go to Tools > Internet Options

Click the "Content" tab.

Click "Autocomplete"

And finally, "Clear Forms"

And then "OK"

I agree with tOO.... I read the thread as soon as it was posted but i ddn’t respond since i didn’t know the answer... but that was also my first instinct.... why else would he need to know how to remove them? To make it so that people can’t see them. common sense, people.... tOO wasn’t being a jerk... he was just being honest.

we have blocking service it blocks myspace almost anything.

also prolly because we misspelled our username every so often and if you misspele it it is entered in tht database wich makes it harder to choose the right one

Well, blocking services are easy to work around. Easier than you might think. Wink

And, if he has typed his username in once, why would he have other mis-spelled versions if he types in the first letter of his username and the correct username appears?

I never thought this is how my question would be interpreted Very Happy .
SoP is right. FOr some reason my usename is messed up so I would like to get rid of it. Can one just delete certian words ie. Bobtheor?

Also we have Bsafe online which seems pretty fool-proof to me Think
It is a much better blocker than say AOL.
tOO gets a GP for answering my question.
