Psychosick made a very interesting point.
"Thats why i don’t like people being able to post responses to old articles. People bump the old articles up to the beginning of the forum and it creates confusion as to what it is in relation to the current month. You think it’d be possible to put all the older articles into some kind of archive like the deck clinics have (perhaps a sub forum inside the article contest forum?) That way there is never any confusion. Just a thought "
I think we should make an archives section and move all the articles not in the current contest there. That way, people can easily see the articles competing in the current month. |

I would really like this implemented as it can be confusing if there are a bunch of articles

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

This is precisely what I coded the little pull-down menu for. Select "Sort by: latest article" to put the most recent articles, regardless of any replies, at the top of the list.
(Would you guys prefer to have this option selected by default?)
A separate "archive" forum where older articles are moved is a possibility, but definitely not a priority when a solution already exists.

| But then, no one would reply to old articles, since no one would even see there was a reply. If that article about mono-green aggro (or s’mthing like it) was still where it was supposed to be, no one would have read what my bro’ posted there. |

| The idea is we can change the setting ourselves. We can swap back to most recent reply if we want. |
