It was a blast! There are two arguments about loser pays, Florida and Firvolous Lawsuits. That’s all we saw. We cut Frivolous Lawsuits and ran a criterion of fairness and justice, instead of deterrent. Its only fair to pay the winner’s legal bills, otherwise the lawyer takes 40% of the profits. No frivolous lawsuits at all. And thus, all they had was evidence saying it didn’t work in Florida. From Professor Theadore Eisenberg, who is not a credible source, BTW. So, after source attacks (remember the one we pulled on Brianna and Aaron?) and evidence showing that its been working in Alaska for over a decade, we, evidence wise, had an extremely strong case. Of course, we still got slaughtered by experienced debaters, as it was our first year.

| lol that’s the exact same thing that happend to me and my partner, we ran a mediator based plan, where if there are disputes, you have the right to call a third party mediator, it was great as that system is being sucsessfully used in i think 9-10 european countries, no one could argue against it, but it also being our first year, we got slaughterd |

Totally unrelated topic,
The other day I was on MSN chatting with Taipan, some of you guys probably remember him cool guy, anyway near the end of our conversation he sent me a message saying "oh no I l was eating my break lunch over my computer"
I said "Ok...??"
Then he said "I spilled my drink on my keyboard"
Then he added "Don’t panic, I have paper"
I literally fell out of my chair, great quote!
