hey, how many people here use Gmail? i use it, and it has a chat feature, so i was wondering if anyone else uses it, so maybe we can chat sometimes. anyways, Gmail is really nice, it’s free, has TONS of storage, and people who have it can chat with other people who have it.

Why not hotmail?
We have 1 gmail address, and the site takes forever to download, mostly because of our whopping 26.4 kbps modem. |

Whoa. I feel your pain. I used to have a whopping 8.0k modem (or maybe 12.0k when it was working exceptionally fast.
But then we moved to a residential area and got hooked up with a T1. THEN gmail rocks.  I’m sorry for having to rub it in. |

| I’ve had very few experiences with Hotmail that Gmail didn’t do as well. And I guess it’s your connection...Gmail loads very, very fast for me. Faster than Hotmail. And no banner ads. |
