Hippoheaven cordially reminds NBardania, they will only resort to war as a last...resort. Employing commandoes is different. Since the leader of ingoldania is currently busy and unable to respond (see RoME) we suggest Nbardania demonstrate their goodwill by lifting the lockdown.

| Hippoheaven well enact sanctions if the lockdown is not removed. If the lockdown is removed, Hippoheaven will help Nbardania and Ingoldania come to a peaceful resolution. |

| Moderatorland issues diplomats and politicians to all nations. Political intrigue is encouraged as is spying through consulates. Via a secret network, Moderatorland briefly shuts down Nbardania’s tech lock and proliferates the plans to all other nations to do with as they please. |

Due to the proliferation of NBardania Top Secret information, NBardania is forced to deploy they’re special op Ninja kitties to track down and destroy all documents on how to develop a jamming system.
NBardania sends an extensive Elite Ninja Kitty Spy Network to Moderatorland and steals all their technology and military secrets, and begins extensive development of every stolen technology.
NBardania warns Moderatorland of an extensive infiltration, and warns them not to interfere in international politics at the risk of the assassination of...their entire government.
NBardania adopts a militarized closed border to prevent any spy infiltration. NBardania also cuts off diplomatic relations with any country who has shown themselves to be hostile to NBardanian security to prevent the risk of espionage.
NBardania lifts the jam on Ingoldania under immense political pressure and orders them to take no further action under threat of re-implementation of the jam as well as military action.
NBardania also asks Ingoldania to sign a non-aggression pact with NBardania. |

Thankfully both for moderatorland and Hippoheaven, Hippoheaven employed their catnip supplies to neutralize the ninja kitty threat. Then they brainwashed the sedated kitties, who now serve Hippoheaven. Hippoheaven warns Nbardania not to attack Hippoheaven again.
Is hippoheaven cut off then? seeing as hippoheaven has good diplomatic relations with all countries aside from NBardania, we will not extensively militarize our border. |
